How much does a prefab building cost?
The precise answer is;it depends. In increasing the rate of comparability, it is best to indicate costs on a-square-meter (m²)-basis. For the adherers of the imperial system: 1m² is around 10.76 square feet (ft²).
We should inform that the average price per 1m² depends on various conditions, such as local building codes, insulation, doors, windows, paneling, roof construction, timber price and so on. To give you an exact price in which you can use to determine your budget, here is our calculation method works. Our prices range between USD 480/m² (USD 45/ft²) and USD1050/m²(USD 98/ft²). our prefabricated houses can be fifty percent lower than costs of other standard building.
We consider that it will make sense in calculating with USD650/m² (USD60/ft²) for prefab buildings. If you agree on this price, please send us information on your project to receive a quotation which constitutes the draft budget (see bottom of this page). If our quotation does not meet your budget, we might be in the position to suggest alterations which can reduce the price.
